HULV series now rated for a maximum junction temperature of 175°C and 800 V reverse voltage

Panjit has announced the HULV series of ultra-low VF bridge rectifiers, now rated for a maximum junction temperature of 175°C and 800 V reverse voltage.

The company says the devices are engineered to deliver exceptional efficiency, thermal robustness, and long-term reliability in demanding applications such as AI servers, telecom systems, gaming platforms, and 80+ platinum/titanium PC power supplies.

Built using advanced planar EPI chip junction technology and polyimide protective layers, the devices deliver a forward voltage as low as 0.66 V at 175°C to minimises power loss and heat generation.

Other features includes a low leakage current of 20 µA at 125°C; current ratings from 4 A to 35 A; surge capability up to 400 A; and availability in both SMD and through-hole packages.

These new products can be purchased from Panjit's E-commerce channels Avnet Silica, Chip One Stop, Digikey, Mouser, TTI, TTI Asia, TTI Europe.
