High Speed IGBT based H-bridge module built for high frequency inverters
Vincotech, a supplier of module-based solutions for power electronics, has released a new product family of H-bridge modules featuring state-of-the-art technology. The upgraded flowPACK 1 H modules were engineered to satisfy the high performance demands of high-frequency solar inverters, power supply and welding applications ranging up to around 17 kW.
The flowPACK 1 H modules upgraded with state-of-the-art technology feature high-speed IGBT H3s with up to 650 V and ultra-fast freewheeling diodes to maximize efficiency and performance. They are able to achieve an efficiency rate of up to 98.9 % at around 2 kW.
