EPC Space unveils rad-hard MOSFET cross-reference tool
Tool provides easy root for replacement of rad-hard MOSFETs up to 350V
EPC Space, a provider of radiation-hardened GaN-on-silicon transistors and ICs, has launched a cross reference tool, designed to streamline the search and replacement process for rad hard MOSFET devices up to 350V.
One of the key features is Application Specific Comparison in which users can enter application conditions and obtain a custom performance calculation based on published datasheets.
