IQE to collaborate with VisIC on GaN for EVs
Partnership to develop next-generation D-Mode GaN power devices
IQE plc has announced a strategic collaboration with GaN company VisIC to develop high reliability GaN D-Mode (D-Mode GaN) power products for use in EV inverters.
200mm D-Mode GaN power epiwafers will be developed at IQE's UK facilities, using IQE's well-established expertise in GaN technology.
