Resonac to exhibit at PCIM Europe
Resonac will exhibit is power semiconductor related materials at PCIM Europe in Nurnberg Germany, May 9th-11th 2023.
These thermal management materials and products are indispensable components for the vehicle electrification market, according to the company, and also for manufacturing power modules and inverters.
In addition, the company will introduce its Power Module Integration research centre (PMiC), based in Tokyo, Japan. The centre is for working with customers such as automotive OEMs and semiconductor manufacturers on power module development.
Resonac aims to help customers to shorten their power module development periods with proposals derived from evaluation of appropriate materials.
