Chroma and Tektronix Partner for Power Conversion Testing
Chroma Systems Solutions has announced that they have partnered with Tektronix to supply Tektronix' core product line as part of Chroma's power conversion test and automated test system platforms. Chroma is a leading ATE provider that specializes in power conversion test and electrical safety test and is the only manufacturer that integrates turnkey automated test systems. For design validation in the Americas, Chroma's automated test system platform, C8000, is entirely engineered, racked, wired and programmed in Southern California. With this joint collaboration, Chroma extends their solutions offering to include Tektronix' oscilloscopes, analyzers, and signal generators to their line of programmable power supplies, electronic loads, meters, and hipot testers.
"This relationship has big upside enabling R&D and test labs to efficiently acquire a broad range of test instrumentation from a single source, saving time on the procurement side as well as support," said Adrian Butoi, Sales Manager of Chroma Systems Solutions.
Through the agreement with Tektronix, Chroma Systems Solutions can now provide their power customers with a wider selection of instrumentation to serve their requirements. Chroma will add Tektronix' oscilloscopes, analyzers, signal generators, and other products to their line of programmable power supplies, electronic loads, meters, and hipot testers.
